Sales Engineer Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Establish an aggressive and effective overall sales and marketing implementation plan by considering market trends, customers, competitors, and industry.
• Establish a vision for committed, loyal, long-term customer relationships and implementing the necessary steps to reach the shared vision.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, then leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
• Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfy their needs in term of quality, price, and delivery.
• Develop long term relationships with the customer.

Requirements:

• Have minimum 3 years' experience as Sales Engineer on Automation / Mining / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing.
• Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronic / Electromechanical / Physics Engineering / Physics from a reputable university.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented individual.
• Placement: Bintaro (South Tangerang)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• High sense of product sales & services with systematic thinking ability to solve the problem.
• Well-proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication, and strong analytical capabilities.
• Fresh Graduated from Electrical Engineering are welcome to apply.
