Sales Engineer Jobs

BTI Executive Search is looking for a Sales Engineer who will be jointly accountable for customer focus and technical solutions in both O&G, Power as well as additional growth in a British engineering company. This position will be based in Indonesia. This position is responsible for customer facing engagement providing technical support for the company's products, solutions and services to their end-customer as well as their channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and submittal of good quality technical advises
• Willing to travel to site locations around Indonesia
• Building up a closer bilateral relationship with customers / factories / other departments
• Operate tools (Product sizing programs, SFDC etc)
• Select the suitable product and proper accessories in accordance with the customers’ specification, codes and basic plant application understanding to generate sound technical advises
• Prepare the deviations and clarifications sheets
• Operate and update tools
• Communicate & Finalize with customer to determine the product specification and scope of technical supply

Desired Profile of the candidate

• Education: University degree in process control or mechanical engineering.
• Experience: Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, with a maximum experience of 3 years.

• Self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic, with initiative and drive and a strong sense of urgency in solving problems.
• Fluency in English with good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, as client-facing time is approximately 65~70%
• Trustworthy, open & communicative individual, who is adaptable, stress-tolerant and goal-oriented.
