We are looking for a Sales Relations, this role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.


Company Description


ORVIA, Indonesia's 1st Vegan Gelato, started back in 2015.


We believe in appreciating the little things as a celebration of life and to share happiness through great products (mostly through ice cream, coffee and desserts) that everyone (with or without food intolerance) can enjoy. We love to share stories through flavors using mostly locally sourced and mindfully chosen ingredients. Qualification


  • Excellent verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, honesty, loyalty, great organizational skills, on time and self-motivated.
  • Experience and comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible to changing priorities
  • Exhibit passion for food and storytelling. Consistent commitment to quality. Computer proficiency is a must.
  • Good personal presentation and hygiene.
  • Positive attitude and personality.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build and maintaining positive relationships with clients, colleagues and vendor. Ability in resolving complaints.
  • Team player with a professional "get it done" attitude, follows directions and work ethic preferred. Adapts well to change and able to handle pressure and solve problems.
  • Ability in identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Good knowledge of food, desserts, ice cream and coffee.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
