Join The Luxe Nomad as a Sales and Marketing Manager and be responsible for driving the growth of our inbound sales channels in Bali. We are looking for a flexible and versatile sales and marketing professional who can develop effective strategies and execute impactful campaigns. If you have a creative mindset, hands-on experience with data analytics tools, and a knack for turning ideas into successful sales and marketing campaigns, we want to hear from you. Help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand presence across a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and allocate the marketing budget effectively on a monthly and annual basis, with input from HQ.
• Attend trade shows and travel to meet partners/villa owners as needed.
• Oversee all marketing materials, including display advertising, signage, brochures, and sales and marketing reports.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to the General Manager and management team, including analytics, recommendations, events, budgeting, and planning updates.
• Liaise with content creators to create valuable and engaging content for The Luxe Nomad website, social media channels and our Wanderluxe blog to attract and convert our target customers.
• Together with the General Manager, visit new villas for initial inspections and prepare proposals for potential onboarding villas.
• Lead Bali-specific marketing campaigns and events, from conceptualization to execution.
• Collaborate with the wider Marketing, Revenue and Reservations teams on the development of new promotions, sales initiatives and advertising campaigns to maximize revenue.
• Lead branding efforts, style guide development, and competitor analysis (HQ involvement may be required).
• Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information to improve Sales and Marketing efficiency and effectiveness to meet the target or sales team goals.
• Act as the primary contact for Sales and Marketing matters when liaising with owners.
• Build strategic relationships and collaborate with key industry players, partnersand agents.
• Work independently driving local area marketing forward whilst aligning with an overall company-wide direction and reporting to the Group Marketing Manager.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

1. Demonstrable experience in Sales and Marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow.
2. Proven track record in identifying target audiences and creating engaging and effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
3. Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar)
4. Numerical proficiency, comfortable working with numbers and analyzing metrics using spreadsheets.
5. Aesthetic sense and a passion for compelling copy and communication.
6. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and analytics.
7. BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent industry experience of at least 5 years.
8. Preferably based in Bali.
