Sales And Marketing Specialist

We currently have two main activities:
Digital - marketing in foreign and Russian markets,
Construction of comfort + and business facilities with the highest quality of construction in the foreign market.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team of like-minded people.
Responsibilities:
Processing hot requests and calls from customers, with the identification of customer needs
Schedule an online meeting for a target client with a sales manager (online demo)
Meeting confirmation and rescheduling if necessary
Work in CRM (Bitrix 24) with auto messages and a customized funnel;
Accompany the client in the CRM system (Bitrix 24), filling out the client card
Finding and attracting partners, expanding the partner base (Training partners, Zoom presentations)
Finding and attracting customers through posting, advertising on social networks and on relevant sites
Providing reports on clients/partners on a daily basis
Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently
Desire to learn and grow within a company
Basic knowledge of sales and telephonic experience
At least 1 year experience in Zoom presentations
Availability of conditions for remote work (Internet, headset, quiet place)
Knowledge of English at level B2
Sales experience (B2B)
Experience in real estate is not required but would be an advantage
Conditions:
Working hours 5/2
Completely remote work
Salary on average from 300,000 - 1,500,000 rubles per month (payment in hard currency), fixed + $ 3,700 from 1 sale
Comfortable adaptation and training at the expense of the company
