Job Description

Job Overview


SUNTERRA is a business line of the SUN Group which has completed 181 PLTS projects of more than 5 MWp within 3 years of operation. Focusing on the development of solar panels for residential/residential areas, SUNTERRA has a mission to increase the use of solar panels as an environmentally friendly alternative energy for everyone through the use of application-based technology.


You will be responsible for driving sales of solar solutions in the commercial market. As an experienced professional, you are expected to use your established network to seek new opportunities and build meaningful client relationships.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with other business functions (operations, finance) as necessary
  • Engage clients through inbound and outbound channels to actively drive sales conversions and maximize client
  • Drive lead generation through tapping on strong network of contacts across industries
  • Maintain strong understanding of SUNterra’s solutions and federal/local legal requirements for the rooftop solar industry, advising clients as needed
  • Develop and deliver tender applications and sales proposals to prospects, liaising with all necessary stakeholders
  • Oversee all project-related tasks requisite for sales, including document preparation and on-site client visits
  • Drive business improvements based on customer data or feedback, analysis of competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc


Requirements

  • Able to travel at least 50% of the week or more
  • Established network of connections to drive lead generation and new partnerships (e.g., property developers, business owners)
  • Full-time role
  • Strong communication skills, preferably fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Minimum degree qualifications, preferably from a reputable university
  • Educational background from engineering preferred
  • At least 5-7 years of full-time sales or business development experience, preferably in relevantindustries
  • Skilled in managing multi-level stakeholders
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
