Job Description

Select Headhunter is currently seeking a talented Restaurant Supervisor on behalf of our esteemed client in Bali. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our client's upscale establishment, providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience. You will be a part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating lasting memories for their valued patrons.


Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory levels, oversee stock rotation, and conduct regular audits to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations to guarantee a consistently outstanding dining experience.
  • Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support to maintain a cohesive and motivated workforce.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer service, optimizing profitability, and achieving business goals.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and the overall dining flow to maximize efficiency.
  • Lead and supervise the restaurant staff, ensuring exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction are consistently met and exceeded.



Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, including health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
  • Candidates with a diploma or degree in hospitality management will be given preference.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities, and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional service.
