Qualifications:

✅ Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably with exposure to coffeehouse and Italian dining concepts.

✅ Deep understanding of delivering happiness to customers and team members, with a track record of creating memorable experiences.

✅ Strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve excellence.

✅ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration across all levels.

✅ Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, financials, and health and safety regulations.

✅ Passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
