React/Typescript Frontend Engineer

Your responsibilities will include:

• Joining, leading and participating in the team by taking charge of all aspects of an engineering role including delivery and the quality of work.
• Working closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to develop interactive UI experiences.
• Leading design of a system or a feature based on the extensive knowledge of the product, features, workflows and organizational matters.
• Taking full ownership of the system such as keeping the code clean, monitoring actively and constantly trying to improve the routine standards.
• Designing and defining APIs with backend engineers to optimize applications.
• Developing and maintaining components for internal engineers to improve productivity.
• Interacting with customers and propose ideas of UI design improvement.

Skills Required:

• Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
• Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• 8 years experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 / CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS and Typescript.
• Strong networker & relationship builder.
• Expertise in Scrum, Startup Experience, Web Technologies and Internet Protocols (SOAP, WS-*, ReST, XML, HTTP, TCP/IP) and Cloud Computing would be highly valuable.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
