Job Description

Requirement :

  • Ability to pay attention to details.
  • Expert in researching and developing new process technology, techniques, or equipment that can be transferred and commercialized into new products.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Food Technology/Food Science.
  • Willing to be placed in our HQ at Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, and travel to our plant in Majalengka, Cicalengka, and/or Rancaekek.
  • Have more than 3 years of experience in Research & Development Process Development/Engineering, especially in baked goods (biscuits, wafers, etc.)


:

  • Supporting the design, installation, and commission of new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades.
  • Monitoring the production process for the product category.
  • Providing ideas for new product development or product renovation.
  • Providing recommendations and ideas related to production process development for the product category.
  • Testing R&D production process upgrades and new process systems.
  • Assisting in the design of a variety of products, drawing product sketches, determining product dimensions, and creating mockups of proposed products.
