R&D Process Engineering Manager

Requirement :

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Food Technology/Food Science.
• Willing to be placed in our HQ at Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, and travel to our plant in Majalengka, Cicalengka, and/or Rancaekek.
• Ability to pay attention to details.
• Having experience in handling PET Bottles and Aseptic Processes.
• Have more than 6 years of experience in Research & Development Process Development/Engineering, especially in beverages.
• Expert in researching and developing new process technology, techniques, or equipment that can be transferred and commercialized into new products.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills are also important.

:

• Provide team technical support to review and write patents, and other intellectual properties
• Ensures that designs and layouts conform to specifications, code requirements, and food safety requirements.
• Provides on-site project support to assist in accurate process equipment installation with contractors using the project installation drawings.
• Develop and modify SOPs for new and existing products.
• Maintained a neat and clean work area and ensured the functionality of the equipment.
• Works with professionals to design equipment, and develop process flow diagrams and equipment layouts for new and existing food products.
• Support the Product Development, Process Improvement, Regulatory, Quality and Safety, and Marketing team members.
• Prepare oral and written reports for all activities and present findings.
• Develop experiment designs, and collects and record data.
