After developed the Pizza Hut brand in Indonesia for two decades, the company was acquired by Sriboga Group in 2004, and since the acquisition, the growth of the company’s outlets was rapidly increase. The company has been supported by Sriboga Group with various support and guidance from SRR or other company in Sriboga group. Based on the Euromonitor's Report, in 2016 the company was the largest pizza chain and, with a market share of 86.6%, with PHR holding a 97.0% market share and PHD holding a 64.6% market share. As of November, 2022, the company operated PHR 317 outlets and 286 PHD outlets located in 28 provinces in Indonesia. The company's restaurants and outlets offer a wide range of high quality pizza and complementary menus to its customers.

👑 Job Role
- Provide trainings related to Food Safety & Quality System, FSSC 22000, Documentation System, HACCP, and GMP, etc.
- Ensuring the product compliance with government food regulations on labeling and specifications
- Ensuring all compliance with legislation and product registration (FSSC 22000, Halal, BPPOM, NKV, etc.)
- Ensuring that all SOP/WI and all Quality System & Food Safety System documents are implemented as per standard, and evaluated
- Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated
- Customer complaint handling, NCR & CAPA, Mock Recall
- Food Safety & Quality System Implementation review, and internal & external Audit, Problem solving and CAPA
- Location Factory Cikarang (GIIC)
- Prepare & review SOP/WI/Form & Assessment of HACCP, VACCP, TACCP systems, and Product Quality Risk Assessment, for improving or new product needs
⛩️ Requirements
- Good understanding and experienced in food regulatory and legislation
- Highly motivated, detail, accurate, able to work hard, possess initiative, trustworthy & loyal
- Good understanding & experienced in FSSC 22000 & HSE, ISO 9000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal Assurance System
- Have good analytical skill and strong leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, and able to work both independent or in a team
- Minimum Degree from Food Technology, Industrial Technology, or other relevant major from reputable university
- Experienced in leading audit of food safety & quality system, and good understanding in Document Control
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as QC Supervisor in frozen meat processing manufacturing, or other food manufacturing
- Computer literacy & good administrative, Fluently in English both oral & written
