Quality Control Finance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Responsible for planning, implementing, directing and supervising audits.
2.Responsible for examining the company's financial statements to look for fairness or fraud if any.
3.Discuss audit findings with related departments
4.Follow up on any audit findings and be responsible for the process of completing each audit finding.
5.Checking and ensuring that all SOPs in each department are running well.
6.Responsible for audit reports and reporting audit results to the Board of Directors.
7.Responsible for cooperative relations with other agencies such as BI, PPATK, KPK, etc.
8.Carry out tasks outside the jobdesc given by the Director.
9.Prepare officers and data in order to prepare cash hospitalization at each branch and KPNO.
10.Prepare and conduct document sampling at the end of each month, and make a report to the Board of Directors.
11.Checking manual invoices from each branch, and verifying with each branch if anything suspicious is found. Then a report on the findings in checking manual invoices is made.
12.Discussion with the Board of Directors in order to determine the personnel who serve as mystery guests and follow up on the findings of mysterious guests, and report them to the Board of Directors.
13.Create systems and procedures for company activities, both company operations and non-operational companies.
14.Socialize the systems and procedures that have been established by the Board of Directors to each branch.
15.Prepare and carry out monthly sample documents for each branch's transactions.
16.Carry out orders from superiors or other Directors to support operations.
17.Using a recording device, both a device for recording images or sound (sound) during the audit process.
