Job Desc:

• Highly organized individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues including 4M change activities
• Create training materials and operating manuals for the production member. Document quality assurance activities (claim report, 4M change report.) and create audit reports
• Developspolicies, SOP, ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes
• Develop and Handle EMS Business & Control Quality 3rd party Warehouse. Ensure that standards, environmental and safety regulations are observed,Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree with 3 - 4 years of experience in QA QC or related field (Automotive component)
2. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Ability to read and understand in English & Bahasa (written & speak) and JAPANESE is a plus
3. Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Staff or similar role.Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of Quality Assurance
4. Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK-3, Hazardous control activity)
5. Good communication skills verbal & written and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world.
6. Multitasking & Ability to work under time pressures in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High ability to handle multiple priorities without losing details. Ability to critically think through multiple-step process and follow up on several details
7. Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Staff (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, IMDS, 5 Why Analysis)
