Product Manager Jobs

:

1. Drive shared vision and prioritize roadmap for technical products based on business and technology needs.
2. Develop, drive, and manage end-to-end technical product goals and vision and ensure on-time delivery.
3. Develop improvement and solutions to support the growth of technical products.
4. Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall product roadmap based on the priority and effort needed.
5. Define the key metrics that inform the success of technical products.
6. Manage the strategic projects across Technical Department and drive the engineering leads on day to day Basis.
7. Partner with Technology Platform team closely, especially on cloud, devops, database, data, and security teams to plan and execute against a broad array of business and product needs
8. Engage closely and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineers, data, security, and business) in delivering product excellence.

Job Requirements:

1. B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
2. Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
3. Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field
4. Leadership experience in managing multiple complex projects and influencing multiple stakeholders
5. Experience working in technology-fast-paced environments will be a plus
6. Problem solver with a clear structure and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
8. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and deliver results.
