Senior Product Manager Jobs

About the role:

GoToLogistics (GTL) is looking for an experienced, data-driven Lead Product Manager to lead delivery product, a product group within the overall GTL logistics umbrella. As product lead, candidate will support a group of PMs and cross-functional partners to drive the conceptual and technical development of product ideas from end-to-end for GoTo Logistics and our customer base. You love empowering your team to maximize their impact and love working with passionate customers, talented designers and engineers to craft beautifully simple solutions for challenging user stories.

What you will do:

• Recruit, hire and train new team members as you grow your product area
• Drive product strategy for your product area, partnering with your product development team and cross-functional stakeholders to create and execute on the prioritized roadmap
• Manage and support product managers in your product group, providing them with guidance and mentorship to maximize their potential.
• Partner with other team leads and company leadership to ensure that product OKRs and roadmaps are aligned
• Set an example for your team by leading product vision, roadmap, and customer research for a new data-driven product that is embedded across multiple GoJek apps
• Define OKRs for your product area and hold your team accountable for setting and achieving their individual OKRs

What you bring to the role:

• 6-10 years of product experience including at least 1-2 years as a group lead managing other product managers
• You’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best
• You’re fluent in English and are a confident communicator
• Experience as a software engineer / developer and working with distributed teams are highly desired.
• Solid organization, leadership, team-building, and mentorship experience
• Experience/exposure in eCommerce tech would be a bonus especially if covering traditional logistics domains such as TMW, WMS etc
• Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
• Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• You’re entrepreneurial and are comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment
• Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project
