Product Industrialization Engineer Jobs

Main responsibilities :

1. Define tyre design parameters based on marketing spec, required performance level, quality and cost
2. Plan prototype and manufacturing production in order to ensure the feasibility and repeatability of the specification
3. Plan outdoor test activity and traslate rider feedback to find the best performance level of define prototype specs
4. plan indoor test activity to ensure the safety and reability of the product
5. maintain communication with Head Quarter team in Milan, Italy to keep the projects timeline on track
6. manage and support product certification process ( DOTR, UNECE, in Metro, SNI, CCC,SNI, TISI)
7. Collaborate with Manufacturing Team to improve existing products in terms of quality and cost effectinesess,

To be successful in this role candidate must meet the requirements :

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering
2. Experience in the field of Product design 1 - 2 years, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
3. Able to use AutoCAD
4. Able to make technical reports and presentation
5. Good analytical and communication skills
6. Team Player
7. Demonstrate inventiveness, curiosity, and good skill of project management
8. Mandatory in English communication
9. Able to work under pressure
