Procurement Officer Jobs

Role Description

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and analyzing procurement data. They will also be responsible for purchasing and procurement activities, dealing with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues and confers with accounts payable to ensure that vendors are paid in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Min. Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Purchasing is extremely helpful
• Familiarity with procurement software or systems is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
