Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on potential vendors, compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines to identify the most suitable suppliers for various goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as departments requiring goods or services, finance, and legal teams, to ensure smooth procurement processes and address any issues or concerns.
• Support the procurement team in contract preparation, review, and renewal processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with senior procurement officers to identify procurement needs, create purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Help maintain procurement records, prepare reports, and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.

Role Requirements:

• Familiarity with procurement principles, practices, and procedures, including sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation, contract management, and inventory control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
