Pmo & Enterprise Architecture Manager

Most important competences and knowledge:

• Familiarity and good knowledge in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and cyber security best practices.
• Comprehensive understanding in Project Management framework such as PMBOK (PMI) or Scrum
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Ability to align IT strategy with business goals and to see the big picture in complex environments
• Familiarity with FMCG industry will be highly advantage
• Enterprise Architecture knowledge (proficient in architectural pattern, EA framework such as TOGAF/Zachman, integration methods such as API, microservices & ESB technologies)

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Systems, or related field

Certification (preferred, but not mandatory):

• PMP
• Togaf 9
• Certified Solution Architect from specific platform such as AWS & Azure
• Archimate

Working experience:

• Experience with implementation of system integration, including API-driven design, microservices, or ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) technologies
• Experience in developing Enterprise Architecture (preferreably endtoend) with Archimate language
• Experience in leading big projects that related to ERP implementation or EA development
• Minimum 9 years of experiences in total, with min 3 years working in Enterprise Architecture and Project Manager role

Vacancy Description

As Enterprise Architecture & PMO Manager, your main responsibilities are developing and maintaining Enterprise Architecture blueprint that supports efficient and effective IT operations. You also will responsible for setting the Project Management standard and oversight IT projects.

Your task will be:

• Risk assessment for architectural review & project implementation
• Project Management standard & Project Oversight
• Drive continuous improvement within IT department by keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices in Enterprise Architecture and Project Management
• Vendor & Tools evaluation for specific EA and PMO tools
• Enterprise Architecture strategy development & Architecture review
• Stakeholder communication for EA & IT Projects

You will report to the Head of IT Frisian Flag and you will collaborate with all functions in Frisian Flag Indonesia, start from Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistic, etc. As an EA & PMO Manager, you need to connect with all business unit within FFI and understand their objectives so you can align with our IT strategy. You also will connect with Global Friesland Campina IT Team to get insight and collaborate in some projects.
