Job Description

PLC & PROGRAMMING APPRENTICE

Apprentice is a program offered by Collins Aerospace Bandung Operations for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience working in the aerospace industry. In the Apprentice program, participants will interact directly with other employees (local and international), suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders in a supportive work environment. The program duration is 1 year and participants will get pocket money and health insurance for the duration of the program.

Who we are looking for?

• A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or Industrial Engineering graduate in 2021-2023.

• Good analytical skills & Strong communication skill

• Able to operate computers and programs

• Having skills in PLC and Programming

What you will be doing:

  • Gaining hands-on experience in implementing digitalization strategies that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Contributing to ongoing projects that contribute to the advancement of EHS, facility management, and utility optimization using state-of-the-art PLC techniques.
  • Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of PLC systems and their integration within digitalization frameworks.
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and integration between various utility and facility systems.
  • Participating in the development of innovative approaches to automation and control through PLC technology.
  • Applying theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios, enabling you to develop practical skills in PLC programming and digitalization implementation.
