Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCE APPRENTICE

Apprentice is a program offered by Collins Aerospace Bandung Operations for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience working in the aerospace industry. In the Apprentice program, participants will interact directly with other employees (local and international), suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders in a supportive work environment. The program duration is 1 year and participants will get pocket money and health insurance for the duration of the program.


Who are we looking for?

  • Fresh Graduate (graduated in 2021 - 2023)
  • Good English skill
  • Good communication skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to be located in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, Majoring in Industrial Engineering, Education, Social Science, Management, IT, Psychology
  • Able to work with different levels of people
