COMMUNICATION APPRENTICE RECRUITMENT

Apprentice is a program offered by Collins Aerospace Bandung Operations for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience working in the aerospace industry. In the Apprentice program, participants will interact directly with other employees (local and international), suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders in a supportive work environment. The program duration is 1 year and participants will get pocket money and health insurance for the duration of the program.

What does the role look like?

The Communication Apprentice role involves supporting the site communication in various tasks, such as drafting announcement, creating social media content, and organizing events. The purpose of the role is to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of communication while contributing to the team's efforts to effectively communicate the company's message and brand to external and internal stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in communication and looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ultimately, the role helps our company achieve its mission by ensuring that our communication efforts align with our goals and values, and effectively reach and engage our target audience.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

• Monitoring media coverage and social media platforms for mentions of the company or industry, and preparing reports on key insights and trends
• Learning the creation of communication content on the channels (Website, Email, TV, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and others) including graphics, videos, and posts
• Helping to organize and execute events, employee engagement activities
• Assisting with other ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to support the overall communication strategy.
• You will learn drafting and editing of announcement, internal communications, and other written materials
• Conducting research on relevant topics and industry trends to inform communication strategies
• Collaborating with team members across departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels

What will you bring to the role?

Essential skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good written and verbal communication skills and English language
• Tech savvy - Knowledge of basic design principles and familiarity with design and video software such as Canva, Cap cut and etc.
• Familiar in various communication channels, including social media, email and traditional media outlets

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Majoring in Communication
• Willing to be located in Bandung, West Java Indonesia
• Fresh Graduate 2021 – 2023
