[Part-Time/Freelance] Legal Officer

Nol Karbon is a research, advisory, and advocacy institute aiming to pioneer zero carbon initiatives in Indonesia through environmental research and campaign. We started in early 2023 and are currently expanding our team to kick-off our high-impact projects. Join us to take an active part in creating a zero carbon world.

We are seeking a legal officer in part time/freelance capacity to join our Nol Karbon team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the legal team for the necessary legal matters for the company
• Conduct legal research to ensure the accuracy of legal advice and documents
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation and case law
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal role
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent
• Willing to work in a hybrid setting in Senayan, Jakarta Selatan
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
