Packaging Development Specialist Jobs

We are looking for extraordinary talents with deep passion in the beauty and cosmetics industry to join our Product Development team as a Packaging Specialist.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years working experience in packaging development, preferably in cosmetics/beauty industry

- Strong passion for working in the cosmetic industry

- Have an experience in beauty product development is a point plus

- An independent, organized self-starter and team player who can assess needs and delivery results

- Able to use visual design applications, such as Photoshop

- Have good communication skill in Bahasa & English

- Have a deep knowledge about packaging development

- Able to work in detailed, fast-paced, innovative & creativesettings

Job Responsibility:

- Develop packaging ideas & search for packaging sources in accordance to launch time target and ESQA's quality requirements

- Review & analyze packaging, especially in technical aspects (model, material, compatibility, and production process)

- Communicate with packaging suppliers as well as filling factory about packaging development

- Cooperate with cross-functions departments (supply chain, visual merchandiser, graphic designer, etc) for every packaging related matters
