Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new packaging suppliers both for primary and secondary packaging
• Coordinating projects involving design & implementation for the packaging of new or existing products
• Anticipating, identifying the challenges associated during risk analysis, communicating them and proposing new technical solutions
• Collaborates with product development & marketing to bring new packaging to the market
• Build relation with packaging suppliers and principals
• Exploring new technologies & possibility to implement in the product packaging

Requirements:

• Good eye sight (Color differentiation)
• Ability to work efficiently & effectively as an individual and in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with large projects extending over a period of time
• Having good knowledge of cosmetic packaging material
• Prior experience in cosmetic packaging development
• Bachelor degree in pharmacy / chemistry / other related field
