Currently we searching for ODPD Manager with detail

Responsibilities :

• Review employee's job description accordance with organizational structure.
• Plan and design suggestion for the development of productivity.
• Do training analysis to ensure employee got the right development
• Developing and implementing learning and development strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Designing and implementing training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in their respective fields
• Review organizational structure on a regular basis based on company needs.
• Will handling Performance Appraisal
• Providing guidance and support to employees for their career development including career planning, job shadowing, mentoring, and coaching.
• Developing and implementing succession planning programs to ensure the organization has the necessary talent to fill key positions in the future.

Qualifications:

• Having Experience in Organization Development and People Development at all areas
• Experience in Organizational Development and People Development minimum 5 years
• Preferably having experience in startup industry
• Willing to working hybrid to Bogor
• High curiosity and like to learn new things
• Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
• Excellence analytic skill and leadership
• Minimum bachelor degree or master's degree preferred in Psychology / Management / HR / Business / Education
• Excellence verbal and written communication skills
