Operations Manager For Tiktok Live Streaming

PT Pick Arpu Technology is a startup specializing in media and entertainment built by a founding team from the top tech companies in the world, and other traditional industry veterans. Our primary market is in Singapore and Indonesia. With the aim of building a professional livestreaming talent agency, our main business is focused on social media platforms such as Tiktok, where we produce livestreams, short videos, and other content. We recruit high-quality livestreamers, provide top-notch training and support to our talents to produce high quality content. Our talent Tiktok agency TNT Media is one of the fastest growing talent agencies in Indonesia.

We are looking for a passionate operation manager to help the agency manage the fast-growing talent pool. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the talents under TNT Media and maximizing the earnings for both our talents and the agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the incentive programs set by the management and monitor daily performance to ensure the incentives are correctly calculated and distributed.
• Compile daily operational data and assit the c-suite with business metrics reporting.
• Responsible for manage the livestreaming schedule of our talents.
• Coordinate between the talents and the agents to make sure the talents follow the rules and regulations set by Tiktok and the agency.
• Arranging events and activities with other agencies and maintain event schedule for the talents.
• Liasing with Tiktok point of contact and communicate new events, policies with our agents and our talents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• Passionate about livestreaming industry and social media.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and fluent in English.
• Experience in the entertainment and live streaming fields is a plus.
• Basic understanding of the entertainment live streaming.
• Good with handling data and documentation. Proficient in using MS Office, PPT, Excel and other office softwares.
• Good work ethics, good communication skills, quick learner.
• 1-3 years of work experience in relavant role in media/entertainment/tech/ecommerce industries.
