Live Streaming Operation Jobs

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of technical specifications to create good quality Live Streaming and using professional cameras
• Ability to identify trends of production, live streaming, and up-to-date topics every day to gain more traction on our social media live platform
• Having experience in operating live streaming (OBS & vMIX)
• Ability to work as a team or individually, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of working experience professionally/internship as a Live Streaming Operations. Preferably from Creative Agency, Retail, or any related industry
• Ability to solve the problems, especially in high pressure condition during Live Streaming, how to interact with Live Host & audiences, quickly address of any issues in LIVE field control

Responsibilities

• Manage troubleshooting issues, especially in high-pressure moments during the livestream events
• Responsible for maintaining day-to-day live streaming operations and daily management in the live room and actively interact with customers
• Maintain discipline, sales order during livestream, and deliver recommendation/feedback to Live Host Streaming
• Compile all the livestream data (viewers, sales order, comment, etc.)
• Responsible for product selection, equipment adjustment, and promotion setting
• Manage store display and product arrangement
• Review and analyze brand attractiveness in all live stream platforms and what can be improve from live session
