Responsibilities

• Staying current with the latest Shopee live streaming trends to ensure your broadcasts are engaging and appealing.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all live streaming content.
• Plan and execute engaging content for live streams Interact with viewers and respond to their comments and questions during live streams
• Creating a warm and positive atmosphere during the live streams to stimulate viewers's interest and encourage them towards making a purchase.
• Maintaining a professional yet friendly demeanor throughout the live streams, becoming a familiar and favored figure in our audience's daily routines.
• Collaborate with our team to promote upcoming live streaming events.
• Analyze live streaming performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
• Host live streaming sessions on Shopee that engage and entertain our audience.
• Being the face and voice of Terry Palmer & Morning Whistle, conducting daily 6-hour live sessions from our LIVE studio.
• Navigating viewer interaction, comments, questions, challenges to keep our audience active, engaged, and eager to participate.
• Hosting engaging and interactive live streams that captivate our audience's attention and promote our products effectively.

Skill Requirement

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage our live streaming schedule effectively.
• Proven experience as a live stream host.
• Previous successful experiences in live streams or hosting roles.
• A positive and energetic attitude with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• A deep understanding of Shopee features, and trends.
• A charismatic, energetic personality with a sense of humor.
• A commitment to host live streams for 6 hours per day.
• Willingness to work from our office, becoming a part of our dynamic team.
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• An individual familiar with the Shopee platform and its features, especially hosting live streams.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must have Sales Experience in Live Streaming (TikTok/Instagram/Tokopedia Live/Shopee Live).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Responsible for Sales in Shopee
