Roles & Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Business Unit or Service Unit by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
2. Document Management: Maintain and organize documents, files, and records related to the Business Unit or Service Unit. This includes creating, editing, and distributing documents as needed.
3. Communication: Facilitate communication within the Business Unit or Service Unit by relaying messages, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and coordinating information flow between team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
4. Data Entry and Reporting: Assist in data entry tasks, maintain databases, and generate reports as required by the Business Unit or Service Unit. This may involve collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support decision-making processes.
5. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute relevant documentation. Ensure that all necessary resources are available for meetings and follow up on action items.
6. Budget and Expense Management: Assist in budget preparation and tracking for the Business Unit or Service Unit (Vendor related). This may involve monitoring expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
7. Vendor and Supplier Management: communicate and arrange data for vendor
8. Project Support: Provide administrative support for projects within the Business Unit or Service Unit. This may include assisting with project planning, monitoring project progress, and coordinating project-related activities.
9. Confidentiality and Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Uphold professional standards and ethics in all interactions and represent the Business Unit or Service Unit in a professional manner.
Requirement :
Major Diploma/bachelor's degree in business administration/Accounting/management. Relevant work experience in administrative roles is often preferred, particularly in a similar industry or business unit.

1. Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is typically required. Familiarity with other software or systems specific to the industry or company may also be beneficial.
