Our client is looking for a MDP - Manufacture

Responsibilities

• Engage in strategic projects that will broaden your knowledge and managerial skills.
• Contribute to the development of new business initiatives and continuous process improvements
• Participate in an intensive management training and development program to learn key aspects of our company and industry.
• Collaborate with the management team to design, implement, and oversee business strategies.
• Manage and monitor the performance of assigned departments to ensure the achievement of set targets..

Qualifications

• Good analytical skills and a deep understanding of business aspects.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in diverse teams and tasks.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and efficiently manage projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum have experience 2 years as Production Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, Warehouse & QC Supervisor in Manufacture Industries.
• Strong interest in management and a desire to develop a career in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Willing to relocate in any position and location.
