We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Math & Science Tutor to join our team at Ethico Personalized Education. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support to elementary school students in math and science subjects. Your role will involve creating personalized learning plans, delivering engaging lessons, and helping students build a strong foundation in these subjects.

Responsibilities:

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
• Identify areas of weakness and develop targeted strategies to address them.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to foster a love for learning and subject understanding.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
• Provide one-on-one/group tutoring sessions to elementary school students in math and science subjects.

Requirements:

• Adaptability and flexibility in tailoring teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably with experience in tutoring or teaching math and science subjects to elementary school students.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Education, or a related field.
