Marketing Staff Jobs

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for 360 Marketing of B2C & B2C channel

2. Manage internal and external marketing events with/without our Direct Partner including development, promotion, execution, and post analysis

3. Initiate, identify, negotiate, execute and manage marketing initiatives within the team and partners to support company's growth

4. Coordinating with cross-internal teams including Design, Copywriting, Social Media team, and others to produce promotional marketing visual

5. Build relationships with brand partners,

6. Responsible for deck creation and daily coordination with partners.

7. Build and strategize creative ways to attract new brands to work/collab together alongside Pasarnow

Qualifications

1. Minimum bachelor's degree (Business, Management, Marketing & Communication)
2. Excellent oral and written proficiency in both English and Indonesian
3. Great presentation skills & end user customer facing ability
4. Good planning, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
5. At least 2 years of marketing experience in B2C & B2B Channel or FMCG/Industrial and Groceries/ Mining/ Food Processing/ Food and Beverages/ Aviation industry with achievements on leading and implementing brand led integrated marketing program
