Marketing Designer Jobs

As a Marketing Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing visually compelling sales and marketing campaigns across various channels. You will collaborate with our sales and marketing divisions and to create impactful designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to our target audience. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Creating eye-catching designs for digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, advertisements, and more.
• Collaborating with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize and execute visually appealing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Applying your expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and photography to develop captivating visuals that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
• Utilizing design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to produce high-quality designs and effectively manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Providing creative input and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintaining a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials.
• Participating in design reviews, basic picture and video editting, accepting constructive feedback, and implementing changes as required.
Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in DKV or related major
• 1-3 years of experience, but Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skill and able to work across division
• Highly proactive and initiative
• Skill : Canva, Adobe Photosop or Illustrator, and basic video editting.
• Required language : English
• Will be placed in Intramega Global's sister company : Spectrum Unitec in Jatake, Tangerang
