Instructional Designer Jobs

Responsibilities :

- Assigning and monitoring IT tasks to ensure that the team understands the task and delivers reliable solution on time

- Defining learning purpose based on interview with product owner/stakeholders.

- Creating action mapping based on its purpose.

- Designing learning journey (story, learning experience, milestones, gamification).

- Defining learning goals (for each milestone) and learning objectives (for each content).

- Defining learning methodology and strategy based on its learning objectives.

- Producing course design as guidelines for prototyping and pricing.

- Developing content wireframe as guidelines for content production.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably from communication, pedagogy, literature, or psychology major.

- Minimum having 1 year experience as Instructional Designer.

- Have a good interest in writing, learning method, pedagogy, and digital media trends.

- Great time management skills with effective result delivery.

- Willing to be placed in subsidiaries, PT Digital Animasi Asia (KPSG Group).
