Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

  • Develop and Implement a results-based, multiplatform communications strategy and plan, consistent with the Bank and ICBC Brand Direction, while taking into consideration the priorities of Consumer Banking and ensuring the regulations are fully respected.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Leverage headquarters ongoing promotions to stimulate usage as well as create customer’s loyalty and engagement
  • Continuously monitor consumer behavior trends, and consumer banking industry’s best practices in order to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistency and updates across all communication channels and material as well as in line with Bank’s guideline, policy, and regulations.
  • Plan, develop, manage and implement effective and consistent cross channel communication strategies to support Consumer Banking business (product/portfolio/program) objectives, i.e: new cards/customers, AUM/transaction volume, and outstanding balance.


REQUIREMENT

  • Proficient in Graphic Design tools and up to date with latest trends in Social Media platform.
  • Bachelor's Degree; Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related majors.
  • 2 years of working experience as Marketing & Communication or Public Relation or Marketing Specialist positions.
