Manager Of Academic Jobs

Education and Experience:

Completed Master's Degree in Education.

Proven experience in managing head position (such as head of study program) and subordinate.

At least 15 years experience in academic and managerial position in International College area.

Experienced in teaching College or equivalent for years.

Qualification:

Fluent in English is a must have.

Competent to supervise, training, and implement innovation to develop College's program.

Competent to analyze, monitor, and evaluate policy and implementation, then make improvement .

Competent to spot gaps/deficiency in a system (especially adacemic system).

Competent to communicate vision, mission, values of College, to inspire and motivate all parties (students, parents, academic team, and staff).

Competent to communicate education program, point out the advatages-disadvantages even to layman.

Strong competent in understanding lot of data.

Strong and excellent adminstrative and analyticial skill, and tech savvy.

Strategic thinker, communicative, adaptable, complex problem solver, confident, optimistic.

Good presentation skills
