Qualifications:

• Experience of tutoring Mandarin as a secondary language
• Degree or Certificate in Mandarin Language and Literature
• Degree of fluency in Mandarin is required, with fluency in spoken and written

Job description:

• Reviewing students' progress and identifying areas for improvement into the into learning report.
• Creating a fun learning environment that engages students and encourages them to build their Mandarin habits.
• Managing student behaviour and providing consistent and appropriate discipline.
• Developing lesson plans and teaching materials that are aligned with the syllabus.
• Using a variety of activity-based learning with questioning and discussion techniques to engage students in learning.
• Delivering offline classes at the office, student's home and school.
• Managing classroom procedures and maintain clear rules and procedures; establishing routines for daily tasks and needs.
