Job Purpose

Assisting and facilitating students during class and provide an assessment and give feedback for student’s assignment

s

Facilitating: Assist students in class sessions and facilitate student’s in breakout room

Coordination: Report’s student’s activity during class after class session

Administration:

• Observe student’s soft skill and report it in the final report
• Recap student’s data score
• Give feedback for each study case
• Provide a report of student’s performance based on the submitted assessment
• Provide an assessment of student’s task in LMS
• Fill in attendance report after class

Qualifications

• Have passion in people development
• Have interest in teaching/facilitation/coaching
• Have at least 2 years of experience in related field of administration HR and or HRGA
• Have education formal/non formal in relevant to the field
• Willing to prepare time slots 10 hours per week (sit in class: 7 hours/week & administration: 3 hours/week)
• Have a good thinking and analytical skill
• Have a growth mindset and a huge appetite for learning
