This position reports into Maintenance Supervisor and based at IHI site.

What Will You Do

The Mechanic, or an Mechanical Maintenance Worker, is responsible for maintaining mechanical systems in production, packaging and utility machinery. Their duties include communicating with cross function to establish PM scheduling – execution, comply safety, GMP standard and capable to review the mechanical drawing or P&ID diagram to identify mechanical problem solving.

What we are looking for

Key Responsibilities

• Escalation process shall be implementation to supervisor if trouble shooting more than 1 hours.
• Work order shall be complies after finish the job.
• Recorder hours and Maintenance Documentation.
• All activity shall be capturing on work order record.
• Willing to work under pressure and shift pattern,
• Willing come to site for emergency case.
• Alarm of electrical component.
• Familiar to operate windows software.
• Capable to handle electrical troubleshooting such as -
• Use testing devices to identify and report Mechanical problems (pressure test, leak test)
• Safety standard Certification will be advantage
• Understand and apply pneumatic and technical diagrams
• Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers
• Graduated from Polytechnic, Majoring in mechanical engineering.
• Maintain Production, packaging and Utility equipment as schedule.
• Failure of electrical parts.
• Software malfunction.
• Use hand and power tools such as drilling, grinding.
• Good in English.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical and Welcome from fresh graduated also.
