Job Purpose and Impact
The Maintenance & Reliability Analyst will be responsible for the structuring of information to control maintenance & reliability (M&R) process within the plant. In this role, you will monitor M&R costs/expenses, work order, inventory level, up/down time, headcount, budget, and CMM Maturity implementation to facilitate better decision making across the location.
Key Accountabilities

• Other duties as assigned
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Responsible for CMMS (Maximo) maturity implementation for all users
• Implement and ensure compliance of maintenance & reliability dashboard indicators.
• Generate daily reports to provide structuring information related to the maintenance & reliability process.
• Identify process and work management failures and notify the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Analyze additional indicators to ensure accurate information and enable efficient follow up.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance & reliability work management
• Knowledge of operations information systems
• Minimum of one year of related work experience
