What You Will Do:

• Accompany the Legal Coordinator to conduct research at relevant Government institutions to find out solutions to certain property-related legal issues.
• Conduct regular upload of Renewal Ground lease agreement to PPT Database
• Conduct Legal daily activities tracker ie: Legal Docs approval review, Legal H.O from Project
• Compiling the land ownership documents and the Landlord’s supporting documents and making an initial review of these documents.
• Preparing Lease Summaries forms based on the information stored in the internal database system.
• Conduct controlling legal documents (approval review) from Project Team.
• Conduct delivery of Legal Document Approval Review to the Central Archiving Department (CAD)
• Assist Legal Coordinator/Legal Manager/external counsel to prepare Legal Documentation if any
• Prepare ANL/NL for renewal package draft
• Data input on the key commercial clauses over the Ground Lease Agreement in the database system.
• Conduct receiving Legal Document Approval Review from Project Team (Closing Docs)
• Prepare & drafting Standard Ground Lease Agreement (GLA) package
• Any other roles and responsibilities as requested by the PPT Senior Legal Coordinator, under supervision from the PPT Legal Coordinator (ad-hoc basis)
• Assist the Legal Coordinator or Project team in tracking the Legal documentation position
• Signing Lease Summary form
• Establishes and maintains division files, prepares periodic reports and special purpose reports, and maintains files for leases, easements, and other legal documents.
• Maintain Legal Daily Activities tracker, especially for Auditing Ground Lease Agreement

What You Will Need:

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any major (S1), a Bachelor’s degree in law is an advantage
• Having at least 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Good attitude, initiative, and proactive
• Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative and flexible way
• Hard worker, diligent, and have good communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
