Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

:

1. Design and implement product testing plans
2. Document and communicate the findings and results from product testing.
3. Lead a QA team in the execution of product testing plans and the delivery of test results
4. Review QA work from other team members, and coach to improve when necessary
5. Identify opportunities for improvement in our QA testing process, and work with the QA team to implement them
6. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security, and service delivery
7. Responsible for bug tracking, bug reporting, bug reproducing and maintaining bug status
8. Responsible for manual and automated testing
9. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum of 1 years experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer Lead
2. Experience leading a team of QA engineers
3. Ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
4. Solid knowledge of QA testing techniques to determine appropriate number of test iterations and applying risk-based testing concepts
5. Must be an excellent troubleshooter for resolving issues
6. Experienced in any automation tools – building and development
7. Understands REST API standards and JSON
8. Experience in test case reviews process, and understand best practices in test case management
