Job Description
  • Develop and maintain a sales system for all stores to make it more effective and efficient.
  • Estimating & reviewing business projections and sales targets.
  • Directs day-to-day strategy and plans all offline projects.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the customer base.
  • Thoroughly analyze customer and market trends vs product demand.
  • Maintain high standards and store conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experienced in related field min. 1 year to handle offline project (Pop Up Store / offline store)
  • Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
