Junior Influencer Coordinator Jobs

The Viralist Group is seeking a Junior Influencer Coordinator to join our small but growing team to help acquire new brand and influencer contacts and work closely with influencers to ensure all deliverables are completed in a timely manner.

For this role, you have to understand the global influencer marketing landscape and keep up with highly influential U.S. influencers on TikTok, Instagram and Youtube.

The role requires you to be available 9:00 AM PST - 5:00 PM PST // 11:00 PM WIB - 7 AM WIB (GRAVEYARD) and is 100% remote. You will need to have the necessary equipments (laptop/computer and wifi) in order to perform the job duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and coordinating deadlines and deliverables with influencers
• Source potential influencer clients that would be a good fit for our roster
• Source potential brand partners that would be a good fit for our influencers
• Keeping organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Review influencer accounts to find suitable partnership opportunities
• Performing daily administrative tasks related to influencer campaigns
• Managingcampaign contracting and execution, brand and influencer coordination, and other administrative tasks as that relate to influencer campaigns
• Creating reports to the managers

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledgeable of the influencer marketing landscape in the U.S.
• Must be highly organized and work well in a team environment
• Social media savvy: Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• MUST BE PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH (SPEAKING AND WRITING)
• 1+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing
• Availability: 9:00 AM PST - 5:00 PM PST // 11:00 PM WIB - 7 AM WIB (GRAVEYARD)
