Junior Creative Strategist Jobs

Hi LinkedIn people, Yatra Creative is currently hiring for a Junior Creative Strategist!

As a Junior Creative Strategist in a creative agency company, your duties will include:

• Copywriting briefs: Assisting in the process of preparing creative briefs to communicate creative ideas and strategies to the creative team.
• Brainstorming and idea development: Assist in the process of brainstorming and developing creative ideas for advertising campaigns, promotions, and other creative projects.
• Market research and analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, needs and wants.
• Collaboration with the team: Work closely with the strategic team and other teams to ensure that creative campaigns and projects are executed properly.
• Proposal Building and Presentation: Assist in the preparation of presentations on creative strategies and concepts to clients. You will assist in the process of preparing the presentation, ensuring that the presentation is effective, interesting and according to the client's needs.
• Campaign oversight: Ensuring that creative campaigns and projects are executed according to the strategic plans that have been prepared.

Some of the qualifications needed are include:

• Have good project management skills to ensure creative campaigns and projects are executed according to the strategic plan.
• Have good communication skills to work closely with creative teams and establish good relationships with clients.
• Have good creative skills, such as ability in brainstorming ideas, developing concepts, writing briefs, and presenting.
• Undergraduate programs in creative fields such as Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Communication or related disciplines.
• Able to conduct market analysis and collect data and information regarding the target audience, competitors and market trends to assist in the creative strategy development process.
• Have internship/work experience in a creative field, such as advertising, marketing, or public relations, can be an advantage for candidates wishing to apply for a Junior Creative Strategist position.
