Junior Assistant Jobs

If you are passionate about gaming or interested in mobile gaming in general, good with details and having hands-on approach in handling things, then this position could be for you.

Your responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day communication with active VIP users and help them with any problems while using the app.
2. Collaborate internally with multiple functions and translate business directions from relevant functions to local Operation team.
3. Create schedule for internal projects, meetings, and provide minutes or relevant materials.
4. Create routine reports for Operation team.
5. Handle short-term tasks and projects based on Company needs and assignment.
6. Other administrative tasks as needed.

A few more additional backgrounds that should make you really good for this position:

1. You have a minimum of 1 year work experience within sales, account management, tenant relations, or customer service position. Fresh graduates could apply for this position, too!
2. You are fluent in English, having Mandarin skills are even better.
3. You are interested in gaming industry, or a gamer yourself.
4. You are willing to relocate to Bali for work.
