Abhitech is looking for IT Network Support to join our client from the payment gateway

To maintain IT computer systems and networks across the organization, resolving technical problems while managing end-user requests, such as installing software or configuring hardware.

Requirement :

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and availability
• Depth knowledge English, written and spoken, is a necessity
• Having good communication in English both in verbal and listening
• 3 years experience in IT Networking Field
• Ability to perform in an evolving environment as well as to learn and adapt rapidly to new environment
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Educated to degree level in Computer Science or Engineering with GPA 3.25

:

• Maintenance (minor service such as replacement power adapter and reinstallation) of office notebooks
• Creating, maintaining, andmonitoring environment virtualization using ESXi Hypervision and VMWare
• Coordinate with external service center for servicing
• Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
• Maintaining, upgrading and troubleshooting network (Ubuiquity router, switch, AP, and Synology
• Provide level 1 and 2 support and troubleshooting to resolve hardware and service
• Configuring and installing various devices and services
• Liase with vendor and other IT personnel to resolve issue.

• Deep understanding of networking protocols
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality at all times
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware

• Excellent organizational skills
• LAN and WAN experience
• Has Experience in Ubiquity router, switch, AP, Synology NAS, and ESXi Hypervisor and VMWare
• Business writing in English
