Job Description

Responsibilities :

  1. Implement and operate adaptive IT network topology infrastructure (layer1-3)
  2. Document all engineering task to SOP, work instruction and policy
  3. Continuously learn technology, specifically in network
  4. Able to work with certain operating system (linux all distro, windows, vmware)
  5. Experienced in any NMS operation
  6. Able to be a point of technical contact for the duty team
  7. Also support for prepare new laptop for employee, tshoot IT Support issues, antivirus, etc
  8. Manage CCTV and Access Control System by its logical
  9. Knows about Internet Exchange concept and implementation


Qualifications :

  1. Excited & passionated in Network and IT with minimum 3 years of experience
  2. Advanced knowledge in IT infrastructure (server, virtualization)
  3. Advanced knowledge in network layer1-3
  4. Hands on experience on switching, switching, firewallHands on experience on linux, windows, vmware
  5. Willing to work in 8 or 12 hour shift in both regular and irregular weekdays and 24hour in call availability
  6. Experience in telco / DC / ISP NOC is preferred
  7. Able to comprehend, moderately write and speak English
  8. Willing to travel between two sites occasionally
  9. Have experience about CCTV and ACS (preferable)
  10. Have experience about Internet exchanges (preferable)
